Jackson is 4 Months!

I can't believe how fast he's growing up! Today I took a half day to take him to his 4 month doctor appointment and to get his 4 month pictures taken. The doctor appointment went great! He's 16lb 3oz (74th percentile) and 26.3 inches (94th percentile). I was worried that he might be a little crabby for pictures after getting his shots, but he was in great spirits! I think he looks just like Dyan in this first picture.

I told the photographer my goal was to get a good pic of those thighs! I think she succeeded!

Happy 1st Birthday Piper!

After the birthday party at Monkey Joe's we headed to Piper's 1st b-day party! I can't believe how big all the munchkins are getting! Here's a pic of the birthday girl!

Happy Birthday Jacob!

Yesterday we went to Monkey Joe's to help Jacob celebrate his 3rd birthday! Jacob is a friend from school. Dylan, Jacob and Grant are known as the Three Musketeers to their teachers! Dylan have a great time at Monkey Joe's. We'll definitely be going there in the future! Talk about using up his energy! Here's a picture of the birthday boy!
Dylan is encouraging Grant to leave his mom and come play. Jacob and Dylan are climbing to the top of the slide. Monkey Joe's is a little different than Bounce U. At Monkey Joe's the parents are not allowed on the equipment. So, if the kids can't climb up alone, then they can't slide down. Dylan had no problems though...he flew up and down the slide!

Darn Cute Boys

Dylan LOVES being a big brother. He is so proud of 'His baby Gackon!' He is a great helper for mommy and loves loving on Jackson. I'm so lucky to have 2 great boys! Here they are when we woke up the other morning...don't you love Dylan's morning hair???!!!

Dylan's 3rd Birthday Party!

Dylan had a blast at his birthday party. He really enjoyed it when everyone sang Happy Birthday. He was looking around at everyone with this huge smile on his face!

Magic House

I took the day off work to spend some time with Dylan around his birthday. (It's been awhile since I've updated the blog!) We went with Heidi and Olivia to the Magic House. The kids had a great time! Last year Dylan was so excited to climb the beanstalk, but was too little and had trouble climbing from leaf to leaf. This year he started to climb it, then declared that he was too big and climbed out!

Here's Dylan playing in the sand. Notice he is holding his sticker on his shirt. His sticker fell off so I gave him my sticker. For the rest of the day he was very worried about the sticker on his shirt. He did not want it to fall off!

Happy Birthday Dylan!

I can't believe Dylan is 3 years old already! What a fabulous 3 years it has been! We started the day out at Krispie Kremes. Dylan wanted a doughnut with sprinkles! Then I took the boys to school so Dylan could share some cupcakes with his friends. After school, Dylan got to open his presents and blow out the candles! Jackson found his tongue!

Tonight Jackson found his tongue! He has been sticking it out all night long. It makes me laugh! Here's just a cute smiley picture. I love his dimple!There's that tongue!

This one is hilarious! How can you not smile after looking at that face???!!!

Playing in the snow

Dylan somehow managed to drag me outside to play in the snow last weekend. I hate the snow, but I love Dylan, so I caved. Dylan had a blast throwing snowballs at me. He's got pretty good aim too! We also attempted to make a snowman, but the snow wasn't sticking together very well for me. When I got too cold Scott took my place outside and they made a much better snowman than I did. I don't think either of our snowmen would have won any contests though! They were both very sad attempts. I guess we're going to have to work on that.
